The Kehler Hof in Rastatt was built and founded in 1954 by Bonifatius and Katharina Götz. The two laid the foundation for the family business with great passion, in which they raised their four children together. One of their daughters, Elisabeth Götz, later took over the Kehler Hof and continued to run it successfully. She finally handed the traditional house over to her son Hans Götz. After Hans' unexpected death in December 2006, his son Daniel, a trained chef and born restaurateur, followed in his footsteps. Since then, Daniel has been running the Kehler Hof together with his wife Tina in the fourth generation.
